Kat Vaughan launched Globally Minded to support Mayan communities and artisans in Guatemala. Globally Minded helps Mayan women in Guatemala through the production of eco-friendly and fair trade jewelry. In addition to Globally Minded, Kat founded Globally Minded Works, Inc., a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization, to support education and charitable projects in Guatemala. Kat has a B.A in Psychology and an M.B.A. in Strategic Leadership.
